"AWWA is a representation of our resources of the sea taken to its maximum expression through ceviche and tiraditos with Peruvian techniques, seeing the transformation of the product to achieve a perfect combination between fish, lemon and salt. We want our guests to have a culinary experience, where each bite is one full of freshness and bold flavors, aphrodisiac bites with the highest quality and local and international variety. Our space evokes the modern, minimalist and daring, every detail was designed to honor our oceans and what lives in it.
     As an executive chef my mission is to create culinary experiences, beyond eating delicious food, I want each bite to remain in the memory of our guests, and that each space has its own original and different identity."

Every detail at AWWA is designed to invite a unique sensory experience. Here gastronomy is not only savored: it is lived, felt, remembered.

      As an operational chef I deeply love what I do and find pleasure in both creating and enjoying good food. My leadership and creative sensitivity elevate each project, providing an authentic identity and taking care of the gastronomic proposal."
